Mr. Riswan

On December 2, 201 I sent a package containing five brownies using Tiki from Jakarta to Surabaya. At delivery, the package is already taped cardboard Fragile sticker on the top side and front by TIKI Jelambar, West Jakarta. The next day (December 3, 2010) at the time received in Surabaya package is already destroyed and the box has been squashed out of shape.

Then I submitted a letter of complaint to the Tiki through Mr. Nurcahyo, and he explained to contact me. After a long wait I finally I called back on December 15, 2010, and said that the Tiki is still in progress, please wait. Then I called back on December 16, 2010 with the same answer.

On May 14, 2008 I called back to the Tiki, and given the same reason again. Not long after the party Tiki (Mr Riswan) called and said to send the amount of the loss and will be reported tomorrow. However, until now I did not hear back from Tiki. Please responsibility Tiki. I am tired of complaints of damaged goods from shipping Tiki bad.............
